Welcome to Terrace Studio LLC. By accessing our website at shopterracestudio.com and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site.

Terrace Studio LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

Creative Consulting
Terrace Studio LLC provides creative business consulting and services.  We strive to deliver high-quality services tailored to our clients' specific needs. Bookings for consulting are non-refundable but if you need to reschedule, our booking app allows that easily. Retail Gifts and Assortment for Purchase

Orders can be placed through our Site at any time.

  • All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout

  • We offer delivery services to designated areas in the United States only. Additional fees may apply based on location.

  • Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.

  • Details about our pop-up locations, operating hours, and available products will be provided on our Site and social media.

  • Attendance may be subject to local health and safety guidelines.

Rentals

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification.

  • A rental agreement must be signed prior to taking possession of the rental item(s), outlining rental duration, fees, and responsibilities.

  • Payment is required in full before the rental period begins. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MC, American Express, Paypal.

  • Cancellations must be made one week in advance for a full refund; late cancellations may incur fees.

  • Renters are responsible for any damages or loss of rental items during the rental period.

  • All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time to avoid additional charges.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terrace Studio LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or services.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terrace Studio LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the website or violation of these terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located within King County, Washington.

Severability

 Additional Information

  • Most orders are eligible for returns/store credit, with the exception of final sale items.

    The returns eligibility window is 10 days from the order delivery date. Customers may receive a refund on the original payment method if the request has been made up to the end of the 5th day. Any return requested on days 6 through 10 will receive store credit. All return requests made after 10 days of the order delivery date are ineligible for return and are considered final sale. All request must be emailed to hello@shopterracestudio.com.

    We are committed to respond to your questions and issues within 2-4 business days, but this can vary at times of extremely high volumes. Our business hours are 10-4 PST Mondays through Fridays. Emails received on Fridays and over the weekend are usually addressed within 2 business days.

    We currently do not support customers through Instagram DMs or comments or Facebook messages. 

    We are a small business and have years of retail experience under our belts. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try our best to represent the product as accurately as possible. Our social media outlets are great to follow for videos and more product information. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email hello@shopterracestudio.com and we will work with you on a solution. Due to the size and nature of our business, we will not be able to tolerate repeat offenders. As we evolve, this part of the business will be updated, so be sure to check back.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, and refunds at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

    • Orders placed by bots or automated systems.

    • Orders suspected to be placed by resellers or for resale purposes.

    • Orders where freight forwarding services are used for shipping.

    • Orders placed by repeat return offenders.

  • At Shop Terrace Studio, we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, please note that the actual colors you see when browsing may vary due to differences in device screens, resolution, lighting conditions, and individual color settings. Factors such as monitor calibration and the use of different browsers can also influence color perception. While we make every effort to ensure product colors are displayed as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the true color of the item. Colors on some social media outlets may also look different due to device, conditions and a often edited to create a mood.

  • Terrace Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages following delivery. 

    Please submit a safe address and communicate with carriers about deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our carriers or process claims.

    If your tracking shows that the carrier has delivered your package, but you have not received it, you should contact the shipping service immediately as they may be able to assist in the recovery of your package.

  • If your package has been delivered and the contents or the packaging is damaged, we want to hear from you.

    Please send us a photo of the damage and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
